General:

Where are you located / Where do you ship from?

  • We are located and ship from Irvine, California. 

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

  • All orders will typically go out within 1-3 business days with the exception of orders placed on release dates. Please note that turnaround time maybe longer during holidays and can also depend on current schedule.

 

 Can I cancel my order?

  • Some* unshipped orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. If your order has already been shipped within that 48 hour period we are unable to cancel your order.


Do you accept exchanges or returns?

  • All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
  • If you have any other questions regarding our products please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

 

I received a damaged item!

  • We do our best to screen and quality check all of our products before they are shipped but sadly, we are human. If you have received a damaged item please contact us with your order number and photos and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. 

 

Shipping:

Do you ship internationally?
  • We can ship to Guam (U.S. Territories) & other Mariana islands.

 

My tracking number says "pre-shipment" what does this mean?

  • This means we are still busy packing your order. Once your order is dropped off with USPS your tracking number will begin to update within 24-48 hours. Typically we ship things out in batches which can result in a tracking number saying "Pre-shipment" for several days.

 

 I entered my address is wrong. Can you fix it?

  • We can adjust your shipping address as long as your package has not been shipped yet. If you would like to adjust your shipping address please contact us with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. 
  • If your package is returned back to us charges to reship your order will apply. Failure to pay these charges will result in us not reshipping your package and a restocking fee may apply.

 

 

Boards:

My board engraving is lighter/darker than what's on your website, why is that?

  • Each engraving will vary depending on the actual wood the board is made out of. Each board will engrave differently even if it's made from the same wood specimen.

 

Do you apply any finishes to your Chopping/Charcuterie boards?

  • Yes, all of our Chopping Boards/Charcuterie Boards are finished with a Food Grade Mineral Oil.

 

Can I place my Chopping/Charcuterie board in the dishwasher?

  • No. After each use, please only hand wash boards with soap and warm water. Hand dry with a dish towel. Allow the board to air dry on it's edge. 
  • Don't clean board with any chemicals. Don't leave soaking in submerged water. Don't put in dishwasher.*

 

Wood Sheet Items:

I noticed an imperfection on my finished good. Why is that?

  • Each wood sheet is milled down from large pieces of lumber. Occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or difference in color is common with natural real wood.

 

My finished good is lighter/darker than what's on your website, why is that?

  • Each engraving will vary depending on the actual wood sheet itself. No wood sheet is exactly alike. Each wood sheet will engrave differently even if it's from the same wood specimen.

Custom Items:

Are you able to create a custom item or design?

  • Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.

 

Are you able to engrave my logo?

  • Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format.
